Sir Syed Dental Hospital is situated next to Sir Syed Hospital. It established to provide the students with all necessary facilities for clinical training. The hospital has clinical departments on each floor of the building. The departments include Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Operative dentistry and Periodontology. The Hospital is equipped with modern and state of the art dental units to provide the students with best learning opportunity.

The hospital has sufficient flow of patients for students to learn clinical work under supervision of qualified and experienced staff. Sir Syed Hospital also includes lecture halls for students of 3rd and 4th year BDS. For 1st and 2nd year BDS students, lecture halls have been established in college facility at main campus.

The Sir Syed Dental Hospital provides a unique range of dental services to the people of Karachi. It is an integral part of the Sir Syed College of Medical Sciences for girls and is there to support undergraduate Dentaleducation. Between the Sir Syed Dental Hospital and the Dental College there is concentrated clinical experties covering all dental specialties.

The modern dental hospital offers good dental services completely covering all fields of dentistry and provides the highest quality of dental care available nowadays. The dental hospital was established in March 2010 with 25 dental treatment units including diagnostic and treatments planning room, operating room admitting facilities, dental laboratory and other services.

In March 2013 the hospital was upgraded with state-of- the-art technology and 35 dental units were added making a total of 60 dental units, with the sole aim to provide patients with a 'one window solution' for all dental and oral treatments.
